Please bring comfortable clothing that allows for movement, any relevant medical imaging (X-rays, MRIs), and a list of your current medications. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to complete initial paperwork.

We work with most major PPO providers. Our administration team will verify your benefits during your first visit to ensure transparent billing and clear expectations of any out-of-pocket costs.

Typical sessions last between 45 to 60 minutes. The initial evaluation may take slightly longer (75 minutes) as we perform a comprehensive baseline assessment of your movement and pain levels.
